Before you’re able to improve your department or your organization—and track progress—you need to understand where you’re starting from. Our Pre-Assessment will score you in each of your the seven core areas so you can see how you compare with Foodservice Directors and where you have room to grow.

Our assessment is a series of questions around the seven core categories of Foodservice operations. You’ll assess yourself and make notes for what you’d like to improve. When we have reviewed your information, we will contact you to go over the results and create a working plan as to how we can move forward and make the Foodservice department of your dreams.
